DiMuto was selected by Fruit Logistica Berlin as an innovative startup for its 2020 Start-up Day. Fruit Logistica is the largest global fresh produce industry exposition, bringing together more fresh produce buyers than any other industry event in the world with nearly 80,000 visitors from 135 countries attended Fruit Logistica in 2019.

This year’s theme for Start-up Day is “Disrupt Agriculture”, which is what DiMuto aims to do by digitalizing fresh produce and getting the supply chain data to revolutionize the whole supply chain through traceability, trade financing and market access.

DiMuto At Tribe Accelerator Global Demo Days

As one of the 9 startups selected to join Tribe Accelerator, a Singapore government-backed blockchain accelerator, DiMuto pitched to over 500 people during Tribe Accelerator’s Global Demo Days that took place in Singapore, Shanghai, Dubai and Abu Dhabi respectively.

DiMuto Founder and Chairman Gary Loh shared about how we help create digital identities for physical assets – for each fruit and each carton.

He also shared about our implementation successes.

On the consumer end, we can help companies engage them and collect feedback and conduct lucky draw promotions.

For the Singapore Demo Day, the team provided all attendees with an apple to showcase our consumer marketing solutions.

DiMuto at Enterprise Singapore Tech for Commods Day 2019

DiMuto was invited by Enterprise Singapore to speak and exhibit at the inaugural Tech for Commods Day 2019. The event aims to help simplify the journey of digitalisation for commodity trading firms through its community of technology partners to help you digitalize the entire trading value chain systematically.

The event saw over 200 participants from various solutions partners and commodities firms from 27 countries, where exhibitors and attendees shared about trends and best practices to help companies optimize processes to drive productivity and profitability.

DiMuto COO Adrian Teo was invited to speak on the Breakout Track “Digitalising Your Supply Chain” to share about how DiMuto helps companies to digitalize their agrifood commodities at the upstream portion of the supply chain.

DiMuto at Singapore FinTech Festival 2019

DiMuto COO, Adrian Teo, was invited by PwC Singapore to share about DiMuto Trade Solutions during the Singapore FinTech Festival 2019. It was a great event for DiMuto to be present and show how we can utilize technology like Fintech in our solutions for the agri-food supply chain to help our customers including packers, buyers, suppliers to trade better.

DiMuto Launches AgriFood Visibility and Trade Solutions For US Market at PMA Fresh Summit 2019

DiMuto was an exhibitor at PMA Fresh Summit 2019, showcasing our by-trade-for-trade solutions to global agrifood players.

The 3-day exposition saw a total of over 19,000 visitors from over 60 countries.

 

Our founder Gary Loh was a panel speaker for “What are the opportunities for Southeast Asia?”

Showcasing how DiMuto helps to solve trade disputes over quality between buyers and sellers for the fresh produce industry.

In the US, DiMuto has applied blockchain-powered food traceability and supply chain visibility for Californian Citrus Exports. Above are Jeff and Cristiane Pilegard, owners of Fancher Creek Packing.

With individual citrus being tagged using DiMuto solutions, Fancher Creek Packing is now able to share produce quality at the point of packing with its buyers.

DiMuto Joins Tribe Accelerator Batch II

DiMuto is now part of Tribe Accelerator Batch II. Tribe Accelerator is  a blockchain accelerator that works closely with the Singapore Government, championing to be a neutral platform in driving collaboration and growth of the blockchain ecosystem.

As one of the second cohort of companies for Tribe Accelerator, the DiMuto team attended the Launch event to meet the accelerator’s partners and fellow companies of Batch II.
