The Role:

The Finance Lead is full-time mid-level role, working on a broad range of finance and corporate finance functions. The Finance Lead will interface with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders and is key in the daily operations and scaling of DiMuto’s Financial Services offering, as well as the managing of the company’s finance and compliance requirements. Expect to work on exciting financing deals involving green investing and ESG investing in the AgriFood space!

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Scale and spearhead DiMuto’s financing solutions
  • Interface with clients and other stakeholders
  • Develop and prepare client presentation materials and report
  • Assist in organizing systems, collating data and refining processes
  • Automate data collection and aggregation processes to build reporting dashboards
  • Perform research and analysis in support of operations and strategic pursuits
  • Performs financial analysis of companies and other valuation related work, conduct industry and company research
  • Coordinate and conduct financial payment onboarding for clients
  • Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
  • Assist in managing, preparing financial reports, budgets, audits and compliance
  • Collaborate with Product teams and Accounts team to provide statistics or business data that can help drive business insights

What you should have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
  • Experience in leadership/management roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies, driving operational efficiencies, and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling software).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
