The Role:

DiMuto is seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that power our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, implement scalable solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products. He/she will be exposed to other aspects of the business such as financial services (insurance, financing), machine learning with artificial intelligence as well as blockchain, smart contract and tokenization.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive innovation and improve development processes.
  • Work in an Agile environment, participate in sprint planning, and deliver software increments on time.

What you should have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Laravel framework (PHP)
  • Proven experience in Vue.js, MySQL
  • Excellent troubleshooting
  • Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (eg. Jenkins)
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g. Git)
  • Team spirit and collaborative mindset
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management skills
  • Fast learner
  • Willing to pick up new skills eg. nodeJs, cloud computing, blockchain.
