As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, executing strategic marketing campaigns, and cultivating strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders worldwide.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive revenue growth and expand market presence
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing leads from inception to closure
- Own the content marketing execution for Latin America and the US
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing collateral and sales materials
- Utilize market insights and analytics to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Lead marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social and traditional media, to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

- Work closely with the sales and business team to support business goals
What you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or marketing within the AgriFood or technology industry
- Be a fast learner, resourceful, meticulous and detailed-oriented
- Editorial mindset with ability to create engaging content for target audiences
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to evolving priorities
